Thermally separated grinding chamber from motor

Preserves thecoffee quality

In MARKIBAR grinders, the motor is thermally separated from the grinding chamber. This is achieved by introducing a thermal break between the motor shaft and the grinding chamber, preventing heat from the motor from being transferred through conduction. This ensures that the motor's heat does not reach the grinding chamber, protecting the quality of the coffee and its extraction. The IZAGA models also feature a fan that extracts air from inside the grinder to further cool the grinding chamber.
