On 8, 9 and 10 February, the Foz secondary school organised the barista championships for professionals and catering schools; as in previous editions, Markibar sponsored these competitions. The prizes for the professional championship included an IZAGA W grinder with Grind by Weight technology, and for the school championship an Aspe Foz edition grinder.
We congratulate all the participants for the high level shown and especially the Foz Secondary School for the effort they make every year to transmit the coffee culture to the students through these competitions.
